Shipping and Returns

Your ordered products will be shipped by us as soon as possible after the order is received. Usually, delivery within Austria takes three to four working days after the order, while the delivery time to Germany is four to six working days. The delivery will be carried out by one of our shipping service providers. You can find shipping and packaging costs here.

Within 14 days, you can return your order to us without giving any reasons. As soon as the package arrives at our location, you will receive 100% of your money back, including the shipping costs. Before returning the package, please send us an email at office@almbusch.com, stating the product to be returned and your name. For more information, we kindly ask you to read the page "Right of Withdrawal".

 For deliveries to Switzerland we recommend using the service of MeinEinkauf.ch. You can find all information at MeinEinkauf.ch. All customs formalities and delivery to your doorstep will then be handled by MeinEinkauf.ch for a small fee. You will receive your goods quickly, fully cleared through customs, and at a low cost.
