Right of withdrawal

 

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us (Almbusch GmbH, A-4581 Rosenau, Hauptstraße Nr. 31, E-Mail: office@almbusch.com) of your decision to revoke this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You can use the attached sample revocation form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of the revocation: If you revoke this contract, we will refund you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us (Almbusch GmbH, A-4581 Rosenau, Hauptstraße Nr. 31) without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that is not necessary to check their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
